Period Keeping & Postpartum Tending
Whether you’re wanting gentle tending during a menstrual release or a pregnancy release of any kind, I am here for you with loving hands. I can make and bring nourishing teas and food, draw you an intentional herbal bath, tend to your home and your little humans so you can rest, and carry the weight of what may be arising for you while you need to be in sacred hibernation.

Tea Leaf Readings
Come sit with me and we’ll read the leaves together in an ancient ritual, tapping into our intuition together.
Can be an experience on its own or added to an intuitive tea ceremony.
$50 alone, $25 when added to intuitive tea ceremony
Pelvic Steaming Ritual
Heal and relax your inner world, in a ritual supported in sisterhood. Pelvic steaming is an ancient practice of nourishing the pelvic bowl with steam and often therapeutic herbs. I will create not only the blend and steam experience for you, but a loving ritual that holds you in whatever may arise - physical, emotional, spiritual. This is a wonderful ritual to turn to in times of transition, to help relieve pelvic pain, and to heal from many ailments in the internal and external world of the pelvic bowl.

Period Parties
For attendees of any age, gender, or background who want to empower themselves with menstrual and cyclical education and wisdom. The sex-ed we never got in schools, and a lot of laughter and self-care. A custom red tent circle for your group.

Menarche Ritual Parties
For adolescents and their guests celebrating their first menstrual bleed, a playful, silly, educational, and empowering experience. Also available as a one-on-one experience if preferred.

Tea Parties
Gather a group of friends for a tea party with tea tastings - herbal, green, white, and black. Connect with your senses and celebrate our connection to nature. Each attendee goes home with a blend unique to the event.
