What’s Included
Whether your healing goals are physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, we can support you with a herbal and ritual journey tailor made for you.
We will start with an intake session and questionnaire to get a full picture of what is happening for you in your internal and external worlds and how you want them to evolve, who else you may be working with on that mission, and what has worked and not for you so far. We then will make custom herbal creations for you to support you on that path. This may include tea blends, tinctures, topical oils and salves, cooking recipes, herbal steams, aromatherapy, and other forms of herbal internal and external medicine. These will be sent to you (hand-delivered if in Denver and surrounding area) so you can begin your journey.
These plans are meant to be very easily integrated into your daily life and to offer moments to pause, breathe, slow down and feel your body. They are slow but powerful medicine that helps train your body in a new way of being. The herbs work best when you work with them for even a few minutes nearly every day.
We will check in weekly via text, or calls if preferred, and then after four weeks, or sooner if needed, we will see how you and your body are integrating and if we need to adapt the journey at all. These journeys usually last a season or two, three to six months, but vary based on the needs of each person.
You may also invite me to be an on-call herbalist for you and your family, for an ongoing basis longer than a three to six-month journey. I can be your ally and walk with you through whatever arises, allowing your healing to evolve as it needs to. (Though of course I am not the appropriate resource for emergencies.) We often start with a seasonal journey, and can expand from there if you wish.

Example Custom Herbal Journey
Alex comes to us with gastrointestinal issues and anxiety. They are often bloated, nauseous, anxious, and tired. They are on an SSRI for anxiety and depression, which works great for depression, but they would prefer not to take the opioids their doctor prescribed them for panic attacks if they can avoid it. We might create:
A custom herbal tea blend to calm the digestive system, rebuild any weakened microbiome and motility challenges, and support general nervous system and adrenal comfort. By focusing on adrenals, we would aim be able to balance out Alex’s energy. If the root cause of nausea was stress, bacteria left over from a travel bug, or anything else, we would choose herbs that got to that root cause. We would also choose herbs that allowed Alex’s SSRI to keep functioning well without any interference. This blend would be delicious, and would be an overnight infusion, so Alex could make it each night (which takes less than two minutes!) and drink it throughout the day to receive optimal nourishment from the herbs.
A tincture of bitters to support easier and smoother digestion that Alex can take straight or in a glass of water before lunch and dinner.
A tincture for anxiety that works quickly that Alex can take in the moment to calm acute panic attacks.
An anti-inflammatory topical oil blend Alex can rub on their belly when they feel bloated and each night before bed, that will also include soothing aromatherapy to sooth an overworked nervous system.
*Please note that we aim to get to the root cause of any discomfort or ailment, we gather much more information than this to support you, and we know each person is different and needs a unique treatment plan. This is not medical advice, simply a generic example, and we hope to create something special just for you.
Short-Term Support
I am also very happy to offer custom teas, tinctures, etc. for short-term specific situations, such as a cold or flu, seasonal immune support, a rash, post-surgery support, etc. These are priced by item and still require a full story form (intake form) to ensure we are being safe and thorough!
